Refund And Cancellation Policy

Our main focus is to fulfill customer satisfaction. But we have no refund policy if you consume the product you have ordered. For more info please read our refund policy below. Please read the full description of each product before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


For Cancellations please call us +91-8607010444 or click on the cancel button given in the My Account tab on the website.

Please note that you can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our warehouse ie., please do so within 24hrs of placing the order in order to avoid dispatch of your product. If paid electronically, you will be refunded the entire amount.


Within seven days from the delivery, you can submit a return request. We'll be sure to get in touch with you a soon as the request is accepted. Instructions will be given on the maintance of the product. Once your product is received at our warehouse, our inspection team will confirm whether the product is in 100% working conditions with all accessories in its original packing.

Note:- No product shall be accepted if the warranty card is missing while return or exchange of the product. As soon as the product is verified we will then refund the amount paid minus 15% restocking and handling fee.


We always try to provide the best services to our customers. But no refund is allowed for every customer. However, in case if customers get a wrong or defective product at the time of delivery then he can contact us at the earliest. We will try to solve the issue or provide you refund.
